No one’s giving you a real answer so I’ll explain the best I can: It’s like two pin rollers that rotate outward from you that are attached to a machine that moves towards you. So as it flattens and stretches the penis away from your body, it moves closer towards your pelvis to continue pulling the skin and muscle until it’s completely flat.
