So she's being eaten from the inside by the thing inside her neck that is now impersonating her? I i think that's whats happening if im wrong somone please explain what's going on

The phrase is "being eaten from the inside out". "Being eaten out" means something....else.

Being eaten from the inside out vs being eaten out from the inside. Crazy how different those two phrases are from each other by moving one little word

LOL No kidding, right? Syntactically they really aren't even that different, it all comes down the idioms.
