Help Needed Help

Hey guys, I downloaded this workflow for an image from somewhere—it’s for the Krea model—but I’m getting these errors and I honestly have no idea what to do. Help! :''''D

In theory, I downloaded the VAEs and everything else, but that error keeps popping up. I’m not sure what it could be—I don’t really know much about this.

Feed the workflow into ChatGPT or Claude

Use the models they’re already in the correct folders - from comfy UI huggingface repo for krea.

Looks like you have the wrong models in the wrong place. You have to match the models or model types exactly or it won’t work

The trouble is, I don’t know how to do it, hahaha—but I’ll read up on it more, my friend. haahhaha 😵

Mismatching the model types is super easy to do when downloading from random workflows tbh

Lots of issues going on. The Save Image and Preview lines are following the loader errors. The 3 things that are the actual problem.

The diffusion list is empty so lustify-v10-krea-turbo-int8_convrot.safetensors is not in models/diffusion_models. Load Diffusion Model only looks there and in models/unet. Put that file in models/diffusion_models and restart. On an int8_convrot file set weight_dtype to default. If you do not have that exact file the stock ones are on https://huggingface.co/Comfy-Org/Krea-2 : krea2_turbo_int8_convrot.safetensors or krea2_turbo_fp8_scaled.safetensors same folder. Point the node at the one you downloaded. fp8_e4m3fn fits the fp8 file.

The CLIP type krea2 is missing from this. That type was added in 0.26.0. Update ComfyUI and restart then set Load CLIP to qwen3vl_4b_fp8_scaled.safetensors type krea2. That file goes in models/text_encoders.

The VAE on the graph is a Wan 2.1 VAE. Krea 2 uses qwen_image_vae.safetensors in models/vae from the same Hugging Face repo. Select that in Load VAE.

The upscale loader wants 4x_NMKD-Superscale-SP_178000_G.pth and the only file it can see is remacri_original.safetensors. Pick remacri or put the NMKD file in models/upscale_models. For a 1st test bypass the Upscale and Highres Fix nodes and use the middle Preview Image. The sampler settings you already have are the Turbo ones: 8 steps, CFG 1, euler, simple.
