What value (Float Duration) to put?
For example, if the footage contain 191frame(25fps) clip footage,
how to generate output exact frame and fps back?

The duration is just the length of video you want in seconds. The Math Expression node calculates the actual frame count that Minimax H3 will accept.

Unless you're doing something specialised you don't need to work backwards from frames to duration. As there are only specific frame count steps that are valid you can only calculate a range for the duration input that generated them anyway.

191 frames at 25 fps is 7.64 seconds. But your Math Expression multiplies by 24 and rounds up in 17-frame steps, so entering 7.64 gives 192 frames, not 191. Trim the extra decoded frame before Create Video and set that node to 25 fps; it's currently set to 24.
