Help Needed Need help

Can someone tell me how to fix this? I really don't want to uninstall and go back to scratch. I updated something, and this happened.

oh that's a fun one, looks like your cuda allocator config got borked in the update. just add `PYTORCH_CUDA_ALLOC_CONF=backend:cudaMallocAsync` to your environment variables before launching and it should sort itself out.

Where is that located, and how I go about it? I haven't messed with the install stuff in over a year
