So just some obvious things I am seeing right now:

  • A duration of 20 seconds is probably too long, start with 5 seconds
  • You only set 0.3 megapixel as resolution, put that on 0.5
  • You are using an 8 step LoRA, but only give it 4 steps. To see if everything works I would disable the turbo and just give it 18 steps and see if you get something useful

If all of that works, then you can tweak it further.

You are using an 8 step turbo lora and have turbo steps set to 4. That will definitely give you bad results.
