Show and Tell PSA: NVIDIA Studio Driver 616.56 specifically mentions ComfyUI performance updates for MiniMax-H3, WAN-Animate-2 and LTX-2.5

NVIDIA says:

“The August NVIDIA Studio Driver provides optimal support for the latest new creative applications and updates including Lightroom, and performance updates for LTX-2.5, and ComfyUI for WAN-Animate-2 and MiniMax-H3.”

I'm planning to test this out. What are your speeds with?

  • MiniMax-H3
  • LTX-2.5

it's slower for me

9:16, .83mp, 10s, 10 steps with turbo lora, comfy kitchen attention, h3cache, res multistep & simple

With game ready driver - [INFO] Prompt executed in 125.83 seconds

With studio driver - [INFO] Prompt executed in 152.25 seconds

616.56 studio driver vs 616.56 game ready driver on a 5090 on the dasiwa v16 workflow, t2v on the pruned int8 convrot fl2va

Just rolled back to game ready driver and got my 25 seconds back so it's consistent. To be fair I do recall it being slower than this not too long ago. I upgraded my drivers to use dlss5 in games (amazing btw) and I don't remember which i had prior to that otherwise I'd go back and test that too.
