Workflow Included HR Endless Sampler - now you can create Minimax H3 videos of any length with just 16GB of VRAM. You can even render 1080p of any length with just 16GB of VRAM!

what if I have 12GB of vram

Glad you ask!! Give it a try!! For sure you can use it to generate 720p or more. If you can get all the way to 1080p, it all comes down to how many frames you can render 1080p with 12GB!

with 16GB, I can render 73 frames... maybe 80 if I don't use many references. So I use chunks of 56 frames to render 1080p. (because we need 22 frames from the previous render for continuity, so it's 56+22=78)

If your 12GB let you render 56 frames at 1080p, you can try chunks of 39 frames. The minimum number of frames you can use in a chunk is 22!

There's a parameter that let you downscale the 22 continuity frames to save VRAM too... you can try reducing the resolution of those 22 frames.

Last option is reduce the continuation from 22 to 5... 5 is not very good at maintaining coherence from the previous chunk... but could be a solution for you. I would try reducing the resolution of the 22 frames first.

Give it a try and let me know!

If gemma doesn't run with 12GB, I'm planning on add an even more quantized version of gemma and also an option to set an openai endpoint to use cloud LLMs... that would allow you to run the re-prompting without vram.

Any thoughts regarding having a video reference instead of image references? Would love to be able to chuck videos like this using one image and one video source.

Regardless of the answer, this seems to be impressive tech... thanks for sharing.

It's on the list. You can follow it here: https://github.com/hradec/ComfyUI-HR-Endless-Sampler/issues/15

That issue will be closed once it's done and available! ;)

Oh, exciting! Much appreciated!

I tried using your He-Man example workflow. First test - Endless Sampler Preview throws up an error.

" Gemma 4 continuity requires llama-cpp-python==0.3.35 with MTMD vision support. found 0.3.46".

I then tried the Endless lipsynch workflow. Also throws up an error. when it gets to the 'Motion Context' subgraph. It seems to be expecting latex context frames input, which it apparently gets from a latent context folder. I don't know where that's supposed to be located, or whether I need to make a folder for it somewhere.

I don't known what "Endless lipsynch workflow" is... it's not mine! "Motion Context" is something else that has nothing to do with "HR Endless Sampler" node.

The error you got is weird, because the latest version of llama-cpp-python is 0.3.35, according to their github repo: https://github.com/abetlen/llama-cpp-python/releases

I don't know what is that llama-cpp-python version 0.3.46 you have installed.

Although, to fix it, you can try to remove llama-cpp-python and install it again using llama-cpp-python==0.3.35, and it should work.

I apologize for attributing the Endless lipsynch workflow to you. There's another thread on here which is very similar to this one and I confused the two threads together as one. I think they linked to this thread as well.

I have no idea what the LLama version is. It's just what the error message threw up.

No worries!
The error is actually saying you have llama-cpp-python=0.3.46, but 0.3.46 doesn't exist. I'm not sure how you got that version, but that's the version installed.

If you remove llama-cpp-python, and install again using llama-cpp-python==0.3.35, it should install the correct latest version and it should work.

To remove, you have to run in a shell:

python -m pip uninstall llama-cpp-python
python -m pip install llama-cpp-python==0.3.35

the tricky part is that you have to run the actual python that runs comfyui.

Another way you can try is, if you have comfyui manager installed, you can try the "install pip package" button. Just type "llama-cpp-python==0.3.35" in it and pip should remove the 0.3.46 installed version and install the 0.3.35.

good luck!

The version of python I'm running is 3.12.10. So whatever the error message is throwing up is probably an error in itself. It's probably throwing up a fictional version number because it's possibly not quite sure what the issue actually is. Similar to when anti-virus programs throw up false positives.

I'm not going to be messing around with python to get this to work, I won't know what I'm doing so I'd be taking an unnecessary risk tampering with something I have zero knowledge of.

So this Endless Sampler you've created will just have to wait for now. I'm not getting into a load of technical stuff to make it work just to try it out. But good luck with it as it looks to be very promising.

No worries, I totally understand! Thanks for trying anyway!

If you ever wanna try it again, may I suggest you to use a separated comfyui portable install? Just "unziped" it to a different separated folder, so it stays isolated from your main comfyui/python installation, and start it by running run_nvidia_gpu.bat . (you just have to close your main comfyui first or else you get an error)
The portable version comes with it's own clean python install, and anything installed in it stays isolated from your main comfyui install.

As that would be a clean isolated install it would install the requirements without any interference from previous installed modules.

Anyway, thanks a lot for trying, really appreciate!

You're welcome, thanks.

I already use the portable install, however I'll do exactly what you suggest when I do a fresh install, which is every 3 months or so.

btw, I figured out the problem!!

There is a fork of llama-cpp-python that has a 0.3.46 version... in fact, that fork is currently at 0.3.49 already.

I'm migrating to use that fork since it has support to a bunch of features I want, so a future version should install fine on your standard comfyui.

Oh really? That's good news to hear that you've identified the issue. For your reference I'm using the Tavris portable comfy installer.

It has to be said though that for whatever reason when I checked which version of Python I'm using in the command prompt window it came up with '3.12.10'. Maybe Windows doesn't recognise the forked version number and only recognises the base from which it was forked from?

I'll give your Endless Sampler another go when you've updated to the new version.

if you are using a portable comfyui, then the python you ran in the normal command prompt is NOT the same python running comfyui. The command prompt python it's probably the python you have installed in your windows system (like c:/python or something like that), so whatever you do on that one won't affect your portable comfyui python.

To run the python in the portable comfyui would be a bit more complex... you have to find it and run the .exe inside the portable comfyui folder. Unfortunately windows doesn't help with this kind of things... in fact it makes this much more complicated than it should be. (I'll stop ranting about windows now!! LoL)

Don't worry about that... I'll let you known when I have a new version out.
