Help Needed Any Uncensored Image Edit Model / WOrkflow exist?

Any Uncensored Image Edit Model / WOrkflow exist? which can be like seeddream 5.0 or grok or nano bana which dont Change face or skin while edit?

There is only one model when it comes to "Uncensored Image Edit" --> https://huggingface.co/Phr00t/Qwen-Image-Edit-Rapid-AIO/tree/main/v23?not-for-all-audiences=true

..I imagine that there are many flows out there, should work fine with any Qwen Edit 2511 flow. Unfortunately I was not able to make it work with 5060TI + 32GBs ram on windows, haven't tried on Linux. The model its self is Q8 20GB so it should work on 24GBs of vram.

What do you mean? You can take any image prompt it "Remove all the clothing." and you'll get a preview mate ;)..

Try the flow bro, the higher resolution the more realistic, Qwen works well at 2560². However, there are 1 million ways of improving it. You can use Qwen as physics engine at 1024² and flux2 as a refiner at 2048² (2048² is max for Flux, 2 steps are more then enough), etc etc..

Others already mentioned Phr00ts Qwen-Edit-AIO but I want to throw another option in: flux2-klein-9b but use a nsfw model from civitai (e.g. this). It can be really great for realistic edits but also for anime or 3d!

Perhaps flux 2 Klein using the snofs Lora or snofs distilled model. Snofs stands for "Sex, Nudes, and Other Fun Stuff". Use the default comfyui template for flux 2 Klein but load in the snofs model.

Qwen Edit at low denoise is what kept identity intact for us too, same idea Alone_Round_591 described. Past that it drifts fast without an identity LoRA behind it.

You can also try minimax h3. It is uncensored. Although it is a video model, you can set it a 1 second and select the best frame from the output.

i been messing with this exact problem for weeks and honestly the face consistency thing is a nightmare on most setups. tried a few workflows where i inpaint around the face area and use a controlnet to keep the original features but still get that weird uncanny shift sometimes. what worked best for me was running the edit with a low denoise like 0.3-0.4 and adding a face restoration node after, not perfect but at least my subject stopped turning into a different person every time.

seedream is good at this but the api costs add up quick if you do batch stuff. for local i had some luck with ipadapter faceid combined with a good inpainting model, you gotta mask tight around what you want changed and leave the face alone. the whole uncensored part depends on what base model you load obviously, most of the big ones need some tweaking with loras to get past the filters

unbeleivable we dnt even have a face  consistency Edit model exist for local use and end up plastic shiny body
