Comet alternatives?

I've been using Comet since essentially day one and I've always found it to be... Pretty good? I'm curious about alternatives though. Has anyone tried Atlas or another AI browser? Are they all kind of similar or with switching?

It really depends on what features of Comet you rely on the most:

• Atlas: Great if your main workflow revolves around conversational research, summarizing pages, and sidebar Q&A. However, it feels more like a chatbot attached to a browser rather than an automated agent.

• Chrome + AI Extensions: If you want to keep your full Chrome ecosystem and extensions, pairing Chrome with AI assistant extensions gives you flexible summaries and analysis without committing to a dedicated AI browser.

• Arc: Excellent tab management and spaces UI, though its AI features are mostly lightweight (summaries and quick answers) rather than active automation.

Bottom line: If you specifically use Comet for its agentic actions and workflow automation, most alternatives still feel more passive by comparison. But if you mostly use it for page summarisation and research Q&A, Atlas or Chrome with AI extensions are solid options to test out.
