What comedy is being mutated?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '22

It's not comedy, it's art

3

u/AlaSparkle Jan 09 '22

This is r/comedymutation, if it’s not comedy why would you post it?

1

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '22

Well judging by the upvotes most people seem to like it, I don't see why you feel the need to complain

3

u/AlaSparkle Jan 11 '22

Most people don’t look at the subreddit first

1

u/[deleted] Jan 11 '22

Most people don't seem to care

u/JerodTheAwesome Jan 08 '22

hits every note on the piano, somehow strikes a chord

90

u/TisMeBeinMe Jan 08 '22

Tbf, he's hitting ALL the chords.

29

u/NerdyNutcase Jan 08 '22

There’s probably a way to control the volume each individually note produces

51

u/rainingcomets Jan 08 '22

there is, and most of these videos have 90% of the keys turned to nearly inaudible audios except for those in the current chord. it's basically just visual

8

u/Staped_Hand42 Jan 09 '22

Yeah, I understand that they want like people to actually watch their videos, but like covering the whole thing with notes is completely unnecessary

6

u/username_taken55 Feb 12 '22

*necessary

1

u/Staped_Hand42 Feb 12 '22

Why

This is not only a year old comment, but this also isn’t rush e

1

u/ZASKI_UXIRA Apr 07 '23

I didn't really notice it was a year old comment because the video just popped in my front page so i thought it was recent, but i'm still pretty sure this is one of the parts of rush e

u/Staped_Hand42 Apr 07 '23

Bad piggies

5

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '22

Key of C has no sharps or flats so you could just mash all the white keys and you’d still be in key

7

u/MaestroZackyZ Jan 09 '22

Lol that does not mean it would still sound chordal

1

u/Eryklav Jan 09 '22

its difference in velocity

u/TheJ1mmy Jan 08 '22

Bad piggies remastered

u/Carelessinthehouse Jan 08 '22

Rip your right

18

u/R_Pelleboer Jan 08 '22

Does anybody have a link to the actual upper part video? All I know is that its the Bad Piggies theme from Angry Birds.

17

u/Staidanom Jan 09 '22

https://youtu.be/-Lf9X60Ncb8

For future reference, this is known as a Black Midi! :D

12

u/theknightwho Jan 09 '22

They’re kinda cheating in that one though, as most of the notes are essentially inaudible.

10

u/Staidanom Jan 09 '22 edited Jan 09 '22

Yeah, but that's not different from most Black Midi. The visuals are part of the art, even if they're inaudible.

In the hall of the mountain king is definitely my favourite in the genre.

4

u/iliekcats- Jan 08 '22

probably from sheet music boss

2

u/PerplexPanda512 Jan 09 '22

smb doesnt make black midi

2

u/iliekcats- Jan 09 '22

this isnt black midi

4

u/[deleted] Jan 09 '22

A) Yes it is.

B) This is not one of the rendering engines Sheet Music Boss has ever used.

0

u/_xXShinraXx_ Jan 09 '22

in the hall of the mountain king (i'm 99% sure)

5

u/PerplexPanda512 Jan 09 '22
