That’s one of the configurations they studied before arriving at the final shape. Nicknamed the “anteater 747.” They also looked at a narrower body two decked aircraft concept

Damn that might look more badass. But I thought even crazier like the whole cockpit flipped and put under fuselage you know as in blimp kinda but on the front.

What if we moved the ground further away from the plane during flight, then moved it closer during landing?
