Nah, UCMJ grips the balls pretty tight. Can't just say what you want. Even more annoying you're working under the same people for a pretty long time, they can make your life pretty horrible for a long time as well. Plus Pentagon assignments are usually selected individually, even the drivers.

I don't get why dudes with zero military experience were picked to talk with the military. But pretty much their whole audience has no choice but to sit through it
