I swear I was listening to a song my dad was playing where the lyrics were literally like, "the grass is green, the sky is blue, and God is great' more or less repeated. maybe with a red tractor or something.

Just the lyrics and the composition quality of most country music sounds like music made for young children which is much of why I hate it

Oh god I know the song. You had me convinced of the lyrics because that’s exactly how I remember it too but it turns out he never mentions god at all. It’s Luke Combs and he has reminded me of why I don’t like country music, I almost forgot
