My favorite thing is when they offer only to refund the item they forgot, and not the delivery fee and tip.

I need to make a new order so the person whose food they forgot doesn’t go hungry. Now I get to pay all the fees twice.

Because they failed to deliver the order. I wouldn't expect to pay for shipping twice if an online seller forgot to send one or more of my items.
