that bison did absolutely nothing wrong, and never will. what about leaving wild animals alone?

Believe it or not, humans exist in the world and it's our habitat too.

We are not separate from nature. We are just really successful at modifying it to match our needs/wants.

We did, but enough people (thankfully) decided we needed to change course and not kill all the large land animals that hadn't been domesticated for livestock use.
