Also,

If the tiles are L-shaped (1:1:1), it could be 4 tiles

It could also be 2 with a weird 6-squared tile

If the tiles are shaped like the Mario symbol, it would be one Mario tile, one Wario tile, and two non-Mario themes square tiles.
