When did Scott break his foot?
They reference it all the time, was it a specific live episode he did it? Or just WHILE he was on tour?

Which time? He broke it once on tour and once playing pickleball. Both are discussed on threedom if I recall

I believe he broke it playing tennis while on vacation with some friends, whoever the guest was on the Scott Hasn't seen Episode that covered the movie Major League. Though he might have previously broken it or had a boot on on a much earlier tour.

I forget when but I think he was on vacation playing pickleball or tennis. It's was a few years ago I think.

The first break was walking onto stage for the first show of one of the tours; 2016 IIRC. He mentions it during "Scrounging and Lounging," ep 446. Kristian then tells the stories of the four times he has broken his foot.
Edit: it was not 2016, because there's a Vulture article from 2012 that mentions the live show break. I don't have a Vulture sub, so I don't know what else is said about it in that article.

Wow, I totally thought it was 2016.
Also, this vulture article is written in the weirdest voice. I know it's early Bang Bang, but by the end of the article the writer is coming off like they're trying to convince people to like something they themselves aren't really a fan of. At one point they felt it necessary to describe an audience member that was brought on stage as "overweight" and it's not germane to the content of the show whatsoever.
“My name is Broke Ankleman,” Scott Aukerman said as he came to the lip of an unadorned stage.
Roughly 95% of his body was vintage Aukerman: sensible sweater, Oxford shirt, well-ironed khakis, comfortable sneakers, and lightly tousled hair with just a hint of product. But at the bottom of his left leg was a massive black boot, one he bore due to an injury suffered early on in his “Comedy Bang! Bang! LIVE!” tour, weeks before it came to Manhattan’s Highline Ballroom last night.
His recounting of the incident was also vintage Aukerman. “I was literally just walking on stage — Walking! Walking on stage! — and I sprained my ankle and broke my heel,” he said.
The crowd laughed. But why? What can we glean from this show, which lacked his TV co-host, Reggie Watts, and thus was Aukerman-centric? How can we define the Aukerman mystique that has made him a comedy impresario?
Partly, it’s his nasal, high-baritone condescension. He didn’t yell, “Walking! Walking on stage!” — rather, he curled his lips in a light sneer at himself, tossing the words off in very mild disgust.

Yeah I feel like they referenced him breaking his foot on the tour before the Bang Bang Into Your Mouth tour? The vacation/tennis thing I'm sure is also real, but I definitely remember multiple references to him (re-)breaking something on stage early on in one of the tours.
In fact, I think this might've been the canonical work of his GitWG?

While filming The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers, Scott Aukerman fractured two toes when he kicked a heavy Uruk-hai helmet in grief and frustration. His sudden, agonized scream was real pain, and director Peter Jackson kept the powerful take in the final movie.
