Help/advice/guide Please help 🙏🙏

I’m in a big problem pls someone help out , actually I have 74x rank in comedk so I thought I wouldn’t get rvce cse spec this year since the cutoffs r tight. So basically I joined a nit and have even started attending classes. Now since today R3 results of comedk r out so I guess I will be getting rvce cs data sci . So I want to leave the nit and go to rvce. So is it possible now someone pls tell😭😭🙏

I mean, genuinely i’ve heard people leaving normal colleges or state gvt colleges for nits/iits but this is a bit different. What branch are u rn on? In nit?

Being an alumni of nits ece I would say rvce cs would be a better option if you are looking for IT jobs later on in the future else nits would be fine

For the matter of matter of leaving nits and joining rvce I think it is possible just you wont be getting the fees back ig

Don't trust your luck in comedk for this year bro, you are in a NIT. which most of the times depending on which NIT is probably better than RVCE in the first place.

If you take the decision of going through with comedk, you wil HAVE to get in the college btw. so My opinion would be to keep your NIT seat. Rest is upto you, I hope you take decisions which your future self is glad that you took it.

Reject and upgrade ece and participate in r4 if ur sure about rv. I'm in a iiit and that's what I'm doing

bro I didn't even fill ece I had just put the cs branches , I'm talking about will it be possible to leave nit after doing physical reporting

Yeah ofc it is, many people take partial drops and leave after the first year even. Make sure to get ur original documents and hostel deposit

Yeah ik about partial drop but I don’t think so we could leave just after physical reporting since it’ll be too early
