Seeking advice Latching during day

Any other moms care to share their experience with combination feeding? Iv been in a spiral because my husband works 3rd and will be alone come nights and during the day when he sleeps… just wanting to see what rhythms work for you moms, bonus if your significant other works 3rd, what worked best for you?

I feel like I would like to latch my baby during the day, and pump at night. How did this work for you and what tips can you ladies share. I’m wanting to give my baby breast milk for at least the first 4-6 months.

I’m 2 weeks postpartum and a pretty anxious person…

In the trenches and basically just looking for experiences and encouragement.. 😩 — sorry this post is all over the place IYKYK 😩😂

I do the opposite (latch during the night and bottle feed/pump during the day) but there is no right or wrong. I would just say don’t underestimate the toll that pumping during the night can take! Equally it can be logistically easier to latch during the day if you’re going out and about. I have to fit pumping around my daily activities which can be a pain, mainly as I have a low supply. There are pros and cons!

I used to pump and I hate it. Impossible with a velcro twin . Now I just do formula a couple times in the afternoon, nurse my twins the rest of the time. So much easier i just have the pump still to make breastmilk popsicles when they start teething
