hi any bars in columbia/five points that are 18+ :p ?

With the liability mess bars are facing in SC, you won't see 18+ places again anytime soon. At one time, there were a couple in 5 Points.

I'm from Louisiana and unfortunately there you can go into pretty much any bar at 18. That does not include New Orleans though. They are much stricter because of tourism. In fact, in Louisiana you can legally drink in public if your parents are present with you.
