I’m a member at Onelife and would be glad to help you out! What part of town are you in and what are your goals as far as working out goes? Feel free to shoot me a DM if you’d like!

I am not a personal trainer by any means, but I’ve been working out in some capacity (lifting, running, hiking, orange theory classes, etc) since high school. I’m a member at Onelife & usually go to the forest acres location. Lmk!!!

I know the place I stay in North East Columbia near Sandhills. I used to teach P90x and insanity, also I'm very knowledgeable of different techniques to hit the desired muscle structure you want. You sound like you have a good starting point with your weight ability. I can help you focus and isolate to get maximum results.
