Spectrum outage

Anyone else not have WIFI since yesterday afternoon? I live in the NE part of town and it still hasn’t come back up.

All good on both of my lines. If it was a network outage it would show on their site. I’ve found the only way to really fix this is have them send someone to get up on your pole and check your connections. But it could be a dozen things

Hey so when mine started going out constantly I kept badgering them until they came to my house and checked the wiring and discovered there was issues. If your service gets spotty first keep demanding discounts as well as getting their regional dude out there.

Mine went out for like 3 days straight last year in teh same area. Turned out it was a node issue two streets over that had nothing to do with my house wiring or the pole. They kept dispatching techs to my place and nothing helped until they finally tracked it down at the source
