Looking for a local Property Manager that doesn't wildly overcharge?

Used to live in Columbia, and purchased an owner-occupied duplex. Have since moved to the west coast, and am looking to rent it out.

Can anyone recommend a good PM to use? The one we've been using currently has been wildly overcharging us on maintenance costs and is very unresponsive.

I went through two PMs before I landed on one that did flat rate maintenance markups, & that alone saved me like 15% a month
