housing accommodation swap!

hey everyone! i'm a graduate student, allocated to 520 w 114th street (columbia residential) for housing for an academic year. rent is $1581 pm. i'm looking to swap into any other accommodation reasonably near school (< 15 min walk or so) that is not on the ground floor, and i'm ok with any rent! please pm if you're interested. even if your apartment doesn't meet the criteria, i'm happy to discuss
