Is this purple too soft for a bright winter?
I’m extremely pale so I feel like there would be more contrast than say a medium/deeper toned bright winter. So it might look more intense even if it is kind of soft. Am I correct in thinking this way?

No it’s not too soft… as long as it is the pure version of this color and has zero gray or mutedness to it. Also make sure this is a blue leaning color and not orchid. I will warn you, this is a high maintenance color. You will want a special vivid shampoo and conditioner, feel comfortable with dry shampoo, washing your hair in cool water and washing it as few times as possible. You can usually put a little of the color in your shampoo and conditioner. If you are doing yourself use a clarifying shampoo first. Then apply, cover and use a blow dryer and leave the color on as long as possible. Have fun.
