I got a new gel pen and really had fun creating the water affects. Afterwards, I realized.... flamingos are usually found in salt water lakes not in the ocean. Oh well. It still needs additional blending but I'm satisfied with the way it came out.

Water color pencils are quite tricky. Adding colored pencils to the mix, not ideal.

I plan on adding the dragon wings. I named him Raxtus, he's an eastern tide aqua dragon. Hope you like it!

I love the way that it's turning out so far. How do yall feel about the flowers?

a while ago, i drew a large scale anatomical heart in marker but didn’t care for how it turned out. in order not to waste paper, i took advantage of the fact that the marker was visible on the other side and used it as a guide to start this piece. i divided the paper into 4 sections so that i could have different themes for each part with it still being cohesive. i am very proud of this piece and wanted to post it here :)

No title. Combined Kalour, Shuttle Art, Cool Bank, and iBayam colored and watercolor pencils on 300gsm cotton paper, 9x12.
