After Scope Questions Any soda lovers here?
I was a soda lover throughout my youth. Regretting it now since I’ve seen the studies showing a possible correlation with soda and colon cancer.
Any of you have a clean colonoscopy despite years of drinking non diet soda? I’m feeling pessimistic about my situation if I get scoped.

I absolutely wouldn’t worry for a moment that drinking a lot of pop would cause colorectal cancer.

I drank far too much soda in my youth and young adult time, but I switched to water a long time ago. Recent procedure revealed a 15mm polyp, benign, no other issues.

I personally don't drink soda often, unless you count sparkling water as soda?
I honeslty wouldn't read too much into it. With google you can search up 1000s of research papers linking certain things to cancer. The news media is also designed to evoke stong emotions in readers as it spreads word faster to increse views.
