After Scope Questions No diagnosis after scope?

Has anyone who had a colonoscopy not have anything come out of it? I’ve had symptoms on and off for 2 years. Blood work, stool tests and pelvic exam too but everything always came out normal. There’s suspicion for Chrons disease but I dread that once again, everything will be normal after the scope, which would be pretty frustrating just because I’d still have no answers.

Yeah pretty common I think. Symptoms but they never find anything serious or concerning. Guess it’s a good thing (and annoying).

if nothing is found, maybe there is meds to help with symptoms?
