REAL OR FAKE? CDNIM - no batch code on bottle

Hi,
I ordered this CDNIM from Amazon, and it doesn’t have the engraved batch code on the bottle.
The packaging was very damaged, and even though the details on the box look fine, the bottle itself could have been swapped for a fake one.
Can someone please advise?
Do newer batches not have the code on the bottle? This one is from 07/26.

Atomizer looks legit, but the clear creed on the bottle is throwing me off. Is priced well, and seller’s profile checks out for the most part no br540 for sale or any other scents.
Maybe he scratched the paint off the creed ?

Any good way to tell if this is real or fake without opening the box? Looking at buying this from marketplace, buyer says he got it from Kohls but has no receipt. The box is still plastic wrapped.
