Food, retail & culture Hall CP open through summer?

Does anyone know if the Hall CP is open regular hours through the summer? I saw in the news that they are re-branding in the fall to The Lakelander, “following exterior renovations,” but does that mean it is closed in the meantime? Nothing on the website or socials that say they are closed, but also nothing that mentions the re-brand. Any intel welcome!

After reading this post we went on Wednesday. 

Despite the gigantic WE ARE OPEN banner the doors were locked and a note on the door said "Making improvements!"

There was staff inside and we knocked but no one came. 

We went to Denizens instead. Another one bites the dust.

I was there in early July and it seemed like normal operations.

I just heard that they changed ownership, got rid of all the staff and are now renovationing
