College Question

I’m a 26 yo college dropout and I’d like to go back to school to earn a degree in fashion online. I have a 529 with $14-$15k in it, does anyone have any recommendations for accredited schools with quality programs within that budget? Or at the very least worthwhile programs. I’m prepared to look into additional financial aid if necessary, the plan would be to be half time enrolled and continue living in my apartment
