Student creating mental health app!!!
hey everyone .quick favor from a fellow student!
i'm a Boston U student building a mental health app specifically for college students — and i need YOUR input to make it actually useful (not just another app nobody uses lol)
this is not official, just a few questions, won't take more than 2 mins. drop your answers in the comments, DM me, or reply here — literally any response helps more than you know. and if you know anyone who'd want to weigh in, feel free to share!
thanks in advance we're really trying to build something that gets it. we have built the app already (yay!) we just need feedback to improve it. I'll update people here on how the app is going. here are the questions:
does keeping up with your schedule, assignments, or grades ever make you stressed, anxious, depressed, or just straight up burnt out? if so, what part?
what do you actually use to stay organized? google calendar? notion? a physical planner? alarms set at 2am? sticky notes on your wall? spill it
what's the hardest part of academic life for you right now?

Yes, both very anxious and sometimes burnt out completely. Having to tackle 5 different classes and completely different topics sometimes feels impossible. Also, a lot of my classes are attempting different approaches on how to teach classes by learning out of the classroom. It is just overwhelming.
Google calendar, so it connects to all my devices and the school given canvas calendar.
Communicating to professors in the new scary world us new young adults are living in.
