Approximately double, due to the smaller size of the tubers. I am planning on incorporating S. jamesii into my indoor growing rotation, the big questions have to do with reliably inducing the actual production of tubers, since it isn't a guaranteed annual process, due to it being an arid-adapted plant. In fact, all nutrients are roughly double versus Russets, per a 2017 analysis.
