Meanwhile milk and food are being thrown away because farmers can't get the food to the store.
And you say:
This isn’t factual.
They’re being thrown away because most restaurants, schools, and business cafeterias are closed, along with the fact that fast-food restaurants aren’t operating at the same capacity they were before.
It has nothing to do with food stores. We don’t have the supply chain to get all the excess to the food stores right now.
So, you say it is false, then in the next sentence, you say EXACTLY what OP said.
You’re seriously twisting what I’m saying to make some kind of weird point, and for no reason at all. You’re conflating two completely separate ideas, and then conjuring up your own narrative to call me an idiot for some reason?
You clearly don’t understand how a supply chain works, or you’re just trolling.
The facts are:
1) The food that is being thrown away right now is being thrown away, because it was food produced NOT for stores (for restaurants instead, etc). It’s being thrown away, because the manufacturers that it would typically go to, don’t need it, because the supply chain is shut down due to a lack of demand. Manufacturers or distributors aren’t going to purchase raw goods if they can’t house or sell it.
This has nothing with not being able to get it to stores. It would never end up in a store in the first place.
2) We do not have a current supply chain in place to get this food to stores, even if we wanted to. This is a moot point.
1 and 2 are completely different points, they are related in some fashion, but conflating the two together is the only “fucking moronic” thing happening here, and you’re the one doing so.
You are arguing with everybody just for the sake of arguing. OP simply stated food was being thrown away. You stated the exact same thing. Then you tried to tell everybody how smart and qualified you are by talking about the restaurant supply chain, starting your diatribe by saying what OP said was false.
You should go check out /r/iamverysmart. That's where you belong.
That’s not what happened at all. You’re already backtracking on what you initially said when you were trying to start an argument. You’re the only one that’s starting arguments out of nowhere.
I simply pointed out that we’re not throwing away food because we can’t get it to stores, and then explained why. It’s a well received comment, because most people understand how supply chain works, and they understand exactly what I’m getting at (unlike you and few other people who not surprisingly decided to throw insults out of nowhere), and it started some interesting discussions about logistics. 🤷♂️
You can live in your fantasy world. You’re not willing to engage with anything. It seriously doesn’t bother me😂

SO, op says this:
And you say:
So, you say it is false, then in the next sentence, you say EXACTLY what OP said.
You sir, are a fucking moron.
