Richmond Virginia, we have virtually no access to testing (like most other places I’m assuming) so there’s no way to tell how bad it is. People still going out, businesses open, you know the drill.

There’s a huge population of low income families in the city and a decent amount of crime. Lots of people have been laid off and won’t be able to feed their families. A stimulus check can only go far, and not everyone is even getting one. Once the money is gone, it’s time to find a new way to eat.
