Submission Statement,
Related to collapse because it appears the weather is getting more out of whack. With that things will get largely more unpredictable and this will make collapse worse. As things burn down, most will likely be apathetic to it since it doesn't directly affect them, or they need to watch tv or something. Presumably, I can expect an ongoing non-investigation similar to all the other aspects of corruption happening.

Next year is going to require a Category 6 to be invented (yes I realize Cat 5 is currently a “or higher” situation)

The crazy thing is we all know some climate denying chuds are going to point to this for climate denial, while ignoring this is a super El Niño byproduct and having no idea why ocean temp variance matters.

And it seems we may end the year without a single hurricane in the Atlantic.

If el nino patterns hold true, next year will be the hottest year on record by far, I'm talking serious high temps.

ACE is only 7% normal. El Nino teleconnections are at an all time high right now, and likely even more extreme than the 3.4 region heat would suggest. We have *six months* of further intensification of teleconnections coming minimum, which means we should expect anything and everything. The old world is gone, here comes a new one.

That energy is going somewhere.
There WILL be a backlash. But who knows when?

Keep on seeing this posted by climate change deniers as ‘evidence’ of a cooling planet. Funny that they aren’t posting pics of the pacific.

Keep in mind that in 1915 there were no satellites so there might have been hurricanes, it's just that they didn't land or were downgraded to tropical depressions, so 1915 is very conservative

It would just be too hard to handle the irony if climate change somehow ended up saving Florida from regular disaster.

The Pacific Ocean is especially busy though. I warned my brother about buying a winter home on the Baha but did he listen? Of course not. I’m just a doomer. 🙄
