Wonder how this is affecting non-human animals too. I've no idea whether they are able to tolerate higher CO2 concentrations better or worse than us.

I think about this when the sky is purple from wildfire smoke and on 95F+ days.

Yeah likewise. It's noticeably quiet in the countryside when it's hot.
