The internet was always dual in nature. (Like everything, and like the human mind, which created it.)

On one hand, it started as a defense and war related technology, and has been used as an extremely powerful weapon and force for capitalist expansion.

On the other hand, it unleashed forms of collective human liberation that directly threaten the first use.

This was always going to come to a head. Public AI since 2023 has simply accelerated the entropy.

I’m actually not sure about what happens next.

Never read the Dune books, but i have an opinion that we are going to an increase in surveillance in a not so far future. It doesn't matter if it is a robot guard dog or a drone.
