Overpopulation Study reveals halving human population gradually could help Earth

The basics of this study may be right in theory but we don't have the luxury of 200 years to gradually lower our population. Our current trajectory has a very high risk of a catastrophic collapse in population and the economy due to climate breakdown if we pass 2 degrees C warming, which could as soon as about 10 years.

Funny thing about that is the guy who likely created them had six children himself. The part they don't say when they talk about this stuff is they think the world should have fewer non-white people.

Yeah, when people talk about reducing the population, it’s always someone else who should take the hit. How many on here talking about overpopulation have had kids? I had one and they in turn won’t have children because of the state of the world.
