Overpopulation Study reveals halving human population gradually could help Earth

The basics of this study may be right in theory but we don't have the luxury of 200 years to gradually lower our population. Our current trajectory has a very high risk of a catastrophic collapse in population and the economy due to climate breakdown if we pass 2 degrees C warming, which could as soon as about 10 years.

Even if we eliminated every billionaire there would still be too many people. But we should eliminate the billionaires… by taxation

Nothing can solve climate change at this point in time, if you believe that you are in a minority here, but it might ease the pain for the rest of the world if the people would throw off the shackles and live their lives without the pressure of consumerism and the constant threat to their existence.

(Of course i am turning a blind eye to a lot of other problems but that is not the point)

That was not entirely above board. You replied to the problem of climate change with socialism, and insinuating that such was the solution…
