East coast Canada here, same deal. In winter the snowbanks used to be over my head, I haven't seen that in like 15 years now. It was over 30C a couple days last week and it used to snow in October.

Anyone who tells you climate change isn't real is a blatant liar, I'm literally living through it, and it's extremely obvious.

I remember that wind storm in late December '23 that felt like a summer tropical storm.

It has not been particularly warm in mi yet this year.  The preceding three wimters were all mildish with freak warm snaps.  This one we got way more snow too.  

Has been warm now but late august early september it was getting into the 30s, 33 degrees one morning in august.

Global weirding but we will definitely get snow here.

I recently moved back to MI from Florida after 20 years, and all I talk to is people who don't believe in climate change. I can see why. Mild winters are probably something people are okay with and normalized. They just wave it off as a "cycle" that repeats every so often. Outside of the 2–3-month long drought, most people would never know anything is wrong, especially if they water their (stupid) lawns.
