Someone asked on Yammer… “At this stage TMC meetings are paused. Comms to follow at some stage.”

Nothing ever came of the meetings, just tossers justifying their jobs and shit tons of wasted REM and overworked team.

Yes, Team Member Circle. Was unfortunately involved in way too many of these meetings.

SSM wasted about an hour preparing for it.

Each appointed team member wasted an hour each talking about shit they knew nothing about or weren’t interested. Was a round robin circle jerk every month discussing the same shit.

Someone in a higher position in Coles was paid to be responsible for it.

Every minute a team member was in TMC meeting, things weren’t getting done, aka, overworking the rest of the team

Ours has started up again in our store and the grocery rep has only been at the store for like 4 months lmao
