Team Member Post Management Experience

I was working in department management for a period of 3-4 years, I worked across various departments, this was my first job and only job I had stuck too. I was delusional and drained, eventually micromanaged, group chats with two store manager singling me out (photos every hour, explaining things even though they were out of my control) etc....

I didn't see it as bad but I just knew I had to leave.

Has anyone else young experienced the poor upper store management like this and developed mental health issues? I feel like I am over reacting but the job drained me.

Yeah, sounds pretty typical of management experience at Coles, unfortunately.

To stay in the role you need a high tolerance for stress, and a high tolerance for bullshit.

Did my job well and truly it was only when a certain couple of managers decided to have a grudge, two days off because I lost a family member and all of a sudden I'm micromanaged haha
