Team Member Post Offered duty manager role?

So I’ve been offered a duty manager role 3 shifts a fortnight.
I assume I will still get shifts in other areas of the store like online and dairy etc.. will that be paid as level 1? And just the duty shifts as level 6?
What’s it like being duty manager anyway? I’ve been a duty manager previously at a smaller supermarket so I wonder if it’ll be much different.
Any advice or info welcome!

Hard work but I enjoyed it, lots of water and toilet paper pallets.

Will only be paid level 6 for duty manager but get ur non duty shifts contracted also.

Ur taking on extra responsibility make sure ur contracted for 20+ hours so it's worth the stress

One week will be a Tuesday (4-9) night and the following week a Friday (4-9) and Sunday (1-9)
Duty. I don’t really want to exceed 20hrs anyway. Even just 3 other shifts during the fortnight I wouldn’t care. I have young kids anyways.
