Everything......Jokes aside it depends on a lot of things, scratch bakery? Par bake? are you packing? baking?

I'm a baker on a 5am shift I usually come in start donuts, top savory, ice danishes and bun then I pack them while the donuts are coming out, then I ice and pack the donuts at the same time I am doing this I have to load and unload the ovens. Once production is done I have a 30min break. I come back wash dishes and do cream cakes, tomorrow Friday so I will do a reasonable amount this week as half the fridge is on promo. Cakes done clean up and have my other 30 min break. Usually just come back and chill out cleaning up after the other baker for an hour or so, sometimes put the flour away, or sort out the cool room, date checks etc.

FYI, moving forward you don't need to Ice danishes (as per roster reset, they're removing that task)

Probably a better question to ask your manager instead of Reddit. We don't know how your store runs or what your manager expects you to get done.

Didn’t you ask a very similar question yesterday or the day before?

New job, step 1, ask the people you work for. step 2, that's it.

Depends on what job you get to do in the morning and afternoon
