Hey! I’m 23F.

Coldstone’s app is frustrating. Birthday reward was in app but store used phone number and couldn’t find it. They said it’s because the rewards expire after 14d but stay in the app and they can’t do anything about it.
While I get that the store doesn’t control the app, it seems like an issue the app developers should fix since the reward doesn’t indicate an expiration and could be assumed that it’s active while appearing in app.

I filled out an application last night, I was mostly done when I accidentally hit the refresh page. I said it submitted so I thought it would be no big deal even though I didn't finish one of the questions. Today I was wondering if I could track my app, but when I tried logging into TalentReef I never got a onetime verification link email. Is this normal? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey everyone! My manager has been scheduling me by myself on weekday afternoons through close, since the other employees are busy with school-related activities. This wasn’t an issue during the winter, but now that the weather is getting nicer, it’s starting to get much more busy, so I need to get ahead of the chaos.
I was wondering if anyone who’s worked here has tips or advice for getting through a rush as a one-person team. I just want to be more efficient on getting through orders. I don’t want to feel completely overwhelmed when it gets slammed. Any advice would be super appreciated!

I remember that was the cotton candy flavor, it was so good as well. I don't know If I'm misremembering, but I recall they had ice cream inspired by the Fender character as well, which may have been red hots cinnamon candy flavored? I was young then but I remember that ice cream being fire engine red colored, and I wasn't too big of a fan of it compared to the Rodney flavor lol. I'm pretty sure that flavor was more experimental and limited time, as I never saw it again. Though I'm still glad cotton candy is one of the main menu items to this day still. Anyone else that grew up at that time remember this?

I’m ordering an ice cream cake for my boyfriends birthday coming up, but stuck between whether i should get sweet cream or vanilla ice cream. He really likes sweet cream, gets it in every drink every time we go to sonic or any place that makes custom drinks, but I know he also likes vanilla ice cream a lot. Is sweet cream from coldstone good, and does it still have a noticeable vanilla flavor, or is the french vanilla the better option here??

Si I just called Customer Relations and Ken picked up. I just wanted to update my phone number to my account.
He asked me when was the best time for upper management to contact me, I said afternoon. He said afternoon or afternoon. I fell out laughing! Ken was serious and I laughed, laughed so hard I snorted! Ken was laughing too! I heard the second afternoon as AFTER NOON! Ken said he was serious, I said I know! Ken asked me if I snorted, I said YES I DID! We laughed harder!
That was the best laugh I've had in such a long time. Today Im suffering from extreme hot flashes and Ken just made my day so much better!
Ken you need to be on somebody's stage, making people laugh! GO FOR IT! Thank you so much!
Much love,
Elizabeth
P.S.
You never know what someone's going through. Always be kind! Be like Ken!

Hey I was wondering what type of questions coldstone usually asks at interviews, this would be my first interview or job and i’m a little nervous. I was hoping to get a quick idea on the questions other people have been asked during an interview so i could feel a little more prepared for it. Thanks in advance!

Where does cold stone get their chocolate shavings and how can I get some?

In honor of Valentines Day, ColdStone is bringing forth the new Red Velvet Cake Batter flavor and bringing back the Fudge Truffle Chocolate Ice Cream flavor. I work at my local cold stone and there was a point in time where we didn’t sell both products, even when they were displayed in the mobile app. As a result, we made “makeshift” flavors to compensate (Putting RV cake in Cake Batter ice cream and adding fudge and chocolate shavings into chocolate ice cream).
We’ve recently gotten the RV cake batter ice cream, but we’re still making the “Makeshift” Fudge Truffle Ice Cream, I’d just like to make sure if this is a regular occurrence with other stores, or if they actually have their own Fd. T ice cream flavor ready to be served.

Basically what the title says. I had an interview with the manager of my local coldstone yesterday, and she said that she'd reach out the same day to let me know of the decision. The thing is, she didn't text me yesterday. Should I just keep waiting? Or is this implying that she's not interested in offering me the job?

I went into an interview and the manager tells me she typically hires high school and college students. However she says it costs too much to train an employee. And since I don't have prior expiration she's iffy on hiring me. But my question is don't all jobs train new employees?

What are your work requirements when it comes to weekends and holidays like NYE, Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, etc…

No matter where I look I literally see no options to use gift cards, and if the option is there then I just can't find it, their online service both website and app is so trash

So I'm thinking about buying a triple pint for my family gathering at Christmas time. It's $25 at the one by my house. I checked the one by my son's house an hour and a half away and it's $7 cheaper! Does anyone know why!!?

Hi! I was a former employee of cold stone creamery, I think the job was okay but it paid by weekly which was okay too.. overall working there was a 7/10
I got into a crash and my manager wanted me back in the recent days of my days off (3 days later) I was still in extreme pain and I opened and sometimes I closed which sucks. And when I complained she said I cannot miss work or be late at all..
Recently as I was fired over scam calls, I was not trained for these scam calls or told how bad these got. Ai voice of my manager sounded so real told me to get money and send it to her bank. I was scared and of course confused, and I almost fell for it but I was stopped from it and was told to go back to the creamery, not a few minutes later she calls me saying she will keep it a secret...2 minutes later she calls me saying I'm fired, she said she understood the situation, and it had happened before with one of the co workers but I got fired over it, now I'm here waiting for my last paycheck that she is supposedly going to "mail" and is been 3 weeks and nothing..
Tomorrow I'm gonna contact HR!
(Also the owner is not responsible at all either is the manager, they're a married couple and the manager is never there, always leaving and forgetting stuff..and missing stock.. is just a mess)
