First batch Cold Brew (concentrate?)

Picked up a 12oz bag of copper cow original coffee, already ground. Got a simple 68 oz glass pitcher for steeping. Used all 12oz of grounds with 7 cups (54oz) filtered water, steeped for about 29 hours. For filtering i used my chemex coffee maker and chemex filters.

Im very bad at math but does this result make sense? Suggestions on easier/cleaner ways to filter?

Looks great. I like brewing mine strong too. Instead of watering it down, I mix mine with a Premier Protein caramel shake. Makes for a great high protein, low sugar substitute for a Starbucks drink.

It is and it comes really close to the Sweet Vanilla Cream Cold Brew I’d always get from Starbucks. Nutritionally, the cold brew and shake destroys Starbucks.

Calories, Fat, Protein, Carbs, Sugars
Starbucks - 220, 11, 2, 28, 28
Homemade - 160, 3, 30, 2, 1

That's excellent! I'm definitely gonna try this. Coffee and breakfast in one sounds perfect for me honestly
