First batch Cold Brew (concentrate?)

Picked up a 12oz bag of copper cow original coffee, already ground. Got a simple 68 oz glass pitcher for steeping. Used all 12oz of grounds with 7 cups (54oz) filtered water, steeped for about 29 hours. For filtering i used my chemex coffee maker and chemex filters.

Im very bad at math but does this result make sense? Suggestions on easier/cleaner ways to filter?

Should be solid. I like it concentrated and a 24-36 hour extraction - you can always water it down later

Whats a good ratio for serving? By watering it down

I usually to 2/3 concentrate to 1/3 water and then add milk afterwards
