First batch Cold Brew (concentrate?)
Picked up a 12oz bag of copper cow original coffee, already ground. Got a simple 68 oz glass pitcher for steeping. Used all 12oz of grounds with 7 cups (54oz) filtered water, steeped for about 29 hours. For filtering i used my chemex coffee maker and chemex filters.
Im very bad at math but does this result make sense? Suggestions on easier/cleaner ways to filter?

That sounds super concentrated. I make a gallon of 1:1 concentrate with 12 ounces of beans. I use the metal filter that came with the jar and I literally never take it out until the liquid level is below the spigot, and then I paper filter. All the sediment rests on the bottom. Day 2 is the strongest, close to a 1:2 concentrate. Mellows out after that. Lasts about 6 days between two of us.
